By engaging Burden Marketing Canada's services or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Burden Marketing Canada provides SEO, digital marketing, web design, and paid advertising services. All services are delivered according to the scope outlined in individual client agreements. Results may vary based on industry, competition, and implementation of recommendations.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, strategies, and materials created by Burden Marketing Canada remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point deliverables transfer to the client as specified in the service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and necessary access to website platforms and analytics tools. Delays in client response may impact project timelines and results.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.
Limitation of Liability
Burden Marketing Canada provides SEO and digital marketing services based on industry best practices and current search engine guidelines. We do not guarantee specific rankings, as search results are determined by third-party algorithms beyond our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in British Columbia.
